LETTER FROM FOUNDER
One of the most discouraging challenges I experienced as a new pastor was facing leadership alone. I learned many lessons through the proverbial "school of hard knocks". How I wished I was aware of an organization that would help me develop as both an individual and a leader.
Since those early years, I have had the privilege of being mentored directly and indirectly by some of the world's foremost leaders and experts. This became a catalyst for accelerated growth in my life and organization.
RLN can do the same for you. If you are a leader, you don't have to walk this road alone. RLN is designed to give you tools that can help you remove limitations and obtain world-class results.

The RLN provides monthly leadership training sessions and coaching from top leaders, pastors, speakers and influencers in the world today. Our passion is help leaders unlock their potential, see measurable results and create a lasting impact in the world.
WHAT IS RLN DOING?
We are empowering and training hundreds of leaders who directly impact the lives of millions across the globe. We are providing spiritual accountability to pastors and ministry leaders. We are providing relief and assistance to widows and orphans in Ethiopia with plans to expand to other developing nations.

MONTHLY ONLINE SESSIONS
Monthly training sessions are held every 2nd Friday via Zoom. Members may attend Zoom meetings or view all sessions on-demand. Attendees will receive premium leadership content from world-renowned leaders, networking opportunities and more.
BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Special breakout sessions follow the monthly Zoom sessions: a meet and greet session for Pastors: and a separate session for business leaders and entrepreneurs. Both are specifically designed to foster an environment of support, growth and knowledge sharing.
LEADERSHIP ARCHIVES
The RLN Archives are the best kept secret for RLN members. Every coaching call, conference, luncheon and Zoom training sessions are archived in the membership portal. Content can be accessed and reviewed anytime, year round.
CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS
Renaissance Leadership Network is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for its learning events that comply with the American National Standards Institute/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes quality of continuing education and training.

DR. DEREK GRIER
Derek Grier currently serves as the founding pastor of Grace Church in Dumfries, Virginia. The church began in 1998 with 12 people and under his leadership, has grown to more than 7,000 members and has over 40 life-changing ministries. In late 2023, he initiated Derek Grier Ministries on various social media platforms, reaching millions of viewers monthly. His radio and television broadcasts have gained a substantial audience both in the United States and around the globe.
Grier was ordained a bishop in 2008 by the late Dr. Myles Munroe. He currently mentors hundreds of Christian leaders and business owners through the Renaissance Leadership Network (RLN). Grier serves on several Board of Directors, including the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), which provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate high standards for financial accountability and transparency.
Bishop Grier’s uncompromising approach to preaching and teaching the gospel has helped him lead Grace Church in phenomenal growth. In 2023 was listed in Outreach Magazine's annual "100 Fastest Growing Churches in America" as the 5th fastest growing church in the United States, with the 2nd greatest percentage gain across the 100 fastest growing churches.Â
In 2011, Grier founded Virginia Christian College, a highly respected institution for Christian education. He currently assumes the role of Chancellor, with Dr. Courtney McBath serving as the President. Grier is well-published and his most recent publication, "When God Stops," was released by Thomas Nelson Publishing in August of 2019.

Derek Grier's most recent God-inspired initiative, National Unity Weekend was founded to position the Christ-centered church as a pivotal force in guiding society toward racial unity. Addressing the diverse needs of American communities through both Gospel teachings and practical service, National Unity Weekend is celebrated each second weekend in the month of June. studied business administration at Howard .

Derek and his wife, Yeromitou, reside in northern Virginia and have two adult sons: Derek Jr. and David.
